To go online with facility services such as travel, stationery, complaint registry or helpdesk management, it is important to define SOPs and set delivery expectations right. Considering how vast this field is, the fraternity needs to define its scope clearly. It is also crucial that a facility manager identifies oneself as an enabler and works towards goals with the help of data analysis.
