Few critical areas that they have picked are garden maintenance, transport, facility management and ticketing. With a team of enthusiastic members, They are managing their own garden and plants as well as servicing other companies. The company has won the ‘Best garden’ award twice in a row from Noida Horticulture Society. They manage the entire facility without any external service provider, and also buy their own consumables, which not only reduces cost but also ensures quality usage.

InterraIT constructed the building in Noida, where a high concentration of salt in the underground water is found. This led to uninvited seepage in the basement of the office building. The team took expert advice from the architect and building constructors and ensured that the work is implemented irrespective of the budget. In addition to this, Kapoor also serves as an honorary board member with iNFHRA – helping the fraternity address several issues and roadblocks in the industry.
