Preparation of BOQ to float it in to the market to find suitable vendors and reliable contractors, who perform on time and within budget, is another major challenge.
Keeping employee wellbeing in mind at SAP, the team introduced a healthy pantry of offerings along with provision for activities like pool and billiards, table tennis, chess, carrom, jogging, etc. Additionally, the team also achieved the completion of the new SAP building, that went live in a record time with a capacity to seat 2,500 employees including a 450-seater state-of-the-art auditorium with key sustainability aspects, complied with LEED standards.
