The company is also adopting strategies to reduce workspace allocation per person in order to bring down operation and maintenance costs, and to improve associated morale. Pandya mentions that “We are, currently, working towards a customer-centric practical workplace that complies with increasing demands for quick fit, dismantle-able and movable offices. For our continuity plans, we also allow for alternative workplace arrangements.”

Emission abatement for health and safety protection of employees, sustainability in office furniture and fit-outs has been supported by the selection of apt materials and products. To ensure safety in office environments and towards employee wellbeing and productivity, they’ve procured minimum emission carpets, adhesives, fabrics, paints, etc. “For the same reasons, we have used materials with low embodied energy, selection of office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, printers and appliances, based on sound ecological criteria including embodied energy, operational energy efficiency, durability, etc.”
