All administration professionals are born to face challenges. They have adapted themselves to the industry’s trends and the changes that it brings to the style of functioning. Kumbhare asserts that “Training is a crucial parameter for enhancing one’s career growth path too. Organisations must insist on training and development programmes across all levels. These could include communication skills development that are equally imperative along with informative training on subjects like statutory compliance, best practices across industry and business continuity in domains like facility management, security, travel and transport management.
He also has witnessed a prominent, traditional and ongoing challenge of non-availability of adequate seating arrangement in all organisations.
