Many self-driver activities and services gives InterraIT reduced costs, user satisfaction and 99% uptime service. Being a low-scale operator, InterraIT developed in-house activities to reduce dependency on external vendors. “Few critical areas that we picked are garden maintenance, transport, facility management and ticketing. Along with the team, we are managing our own garden and plants and also servicing few other companies. This, in turn, gives us a small revenue,” says Kapoor. His team has won the ‘Best Garden’ award twice in a row from Noida Horticulture Society.
Kapoor and his team manage the entire facility without any external service provider. They buy their own consumables, which not only reduces cost but also makes sure of quality usage.
InterraIT constructed their building in Noida, where there is a high concentration of salt in the underground water. This led to uninvited seepage in the basement of the office building. “We took expert advice from the architect and building constructors and ensured that the work is implemented irrespective of the budget,” says Kapoor.
