Ravishankar Chandrasekaran
A graduate from NIT, Trichy, Chandrasekaran has 27 years of experience in the construction industry in India and abroad. Before heading the commercial space business, he had exposure in construction planning, proposals, contracts and business development.
Chandrasekaran started his career with AFCONS Infrastructure and subsequently joined Larsen & Toubro, where he contributed in the business of IT parks, office spaces and data centres in 30+ modern IT parks for most of the IT majors and global MNCs. Approximately 1,50,000 seats of office space were handled, complete turnkey D&B solutions were implemented and successfully delivered.
During his tenure as GM and business unit head, he is involved in construction and delivery of more than 50 million square feet of office space construction all over India and abroad. He is currently vice president and SBU head (Urban Built Form) at TATA Projects and based out of Mumbai.
