Anshuman Gupta

Equipped with a strong CRE and capital project management experience, Gupta has been responsible for the project strategy design management, project execution and successful delivery of more than 400 projects spread across over 250 cities for large corporations across APAC and MEA over the last 20 years. He is an experienced CRE professional, specialising in corporate real estate interiors and construction project management, workplace planning and delivering large scale capital projects across the region.

Gupta is a proponent of sustainable approach to design and is passionate about contextual relevance and environmental sensitivity in spatial design. Working closely with industry partners, he drives a strong focus towards an indigenous approach to project delivery, constantly working to upgrade the entire supply chain eco-system to achieve best-in-class workspaces of international standards.

He is the co-founder of ‘The Foundation of Indian Cities’ and partakes in research and authors pieces on issues in the field of urbanisation across Indian cities. Additionally, he has also co-authored the book ‘Celebrating Public Spaces of India’.
