Sujeet Ommeen

Oommen has 27 years of experience across multiple IT companies in roles such as infrastructure and project management along with operational roles in FM, corporate travel and corporate security. He is also a Certified Business Continuity Professional. Additionally, Oommen has been credited with bringing in improvements to processes, innovation and new ideas as well as value engineering leading to considerable cost savings and speedy and trouble-free completion of projects. He has set up offices worldwide (Atlanta, Manila, Bucharest, Mexico, New Jersey), led multicultural teams, and is familiar with bringing in synergy and motivation in teams. He enjoys challenging assignments and thrives on them.

During his time at Hexaware, Oommen has been instrumental in conceptualising and building state-of-the-art IT campuses in Pune and Chennai; identifying office locations in Eastern Europe; setting an IT development centre in Bucharest; setting new offices in New Jersey, Atlanta and Mexico; restructuring and centralising the support departments of facilities, infrastructure development, corporate travel, corporate security, corporate real estate worldwide to ensure best utilisation under a single structure; plus, setting up all Infosys offices in Chennai, among others.
