Tata Realty, Actis to invest Rs 5000 cr in IT park

Tata Realty not buying into Work From Home culture; planning for a massive office space portfolio

Tata Realty and Infrastructure has commences work on its IT park project, Intellion Park, in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, being developed in partnership with Actis. Maharashtra’s Cabinet Minister for Industries Subhash Desai laid the foundation. Intellion Park is set to become Navi Mumbai’s large-scale, campus-style IT/ITeS development that will see an investment of over Rs 5,000 crore and create over 70,000 jobs.
Sanjay Dutt, MD & CEO, Tata Realty and Infrastructure, said, “With Intellion Park Ghansoli, we would be creating more than 70, 000 working opportunities for individuals in the region. The idea is to create a campus that works for the employees and is equipped with state of the art facilities that elevate the entire working experience.”
Ashish Singh, partner, Actis India, mentioned, “This project will not only rovide an office destination of choice for tech companies, but also be a buzzing social place for their talent.”
After established commercial office markets such as Pune, Bengaluru, and Gurugram, Navi Mumbai is becoming the most sought-after location for corporates and developers to create office and industrial parks.
