Pune headquartered Persistent Systems Leases 2000 seats from Smartworks

Leased these seats for their Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Indore operations

IT services company Persistent Systems has rented almost 2000 seats from Smartworks, a supplier of flexible office spaces as per news from the Indian co-working sector.

Persistent Systems has leased these seats for their Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Indore operations.

As the trend of hybrid working continues to spread, companies have booked more than 100,000 seats at coworking spaces in 2022, which is 18% higher than in 2021 and almost three times the pre-pandemic level.

Without a doubt, the co-working trend will grow further as a big number of young Indians launch their enterprises and create new jobs for a population that is absolutely in love with the Co-working concept.

According to Smartworks cofounder Harsh Binani, the demand for flex spaces has increased significantly, and the occupier’s expectations for an office have evolved toward a more homogeneous and immersive experience with amenities.

During the preceding six to eight months, he said, Smartworks’ revenue tripled and the number of multi-city collaborations in India increased.
