Uniply buys design firm Vector Projects

Vector Projects (I) Private Limited, an end-to-end turnkey interior solutions provider in residential and commercial spaces, has merged with Uniply Industries Limited, manufacturer of plywood, laminates and related products, for a consideration of Rs64.12 crore. Umesh Rao, founder & CEO, Vector Projects (I), said, “With a successful journey of over 15 years, Vector Projects is ready to enter the second phase of its business. This one-of-its kind acquisition will create a single large entity and boost Vector’s credibility amongst its customers and in the industry.” In the near future, Vector projects plans to expand into residential interiors and e-commerce as well.
