Conceived as the a luxurious commercial space-cum-multi-level car parking in Netaji Subhash Place, Best Business Park has been designed with the intent to create an outstanding commercial structure.
With the limited precedent of any parking space in the area, the building had to create its own architectural vocabulary that could provide better parking facilities. In view of the commercial potential and the growing need for office spaces in the vicinity, it is envisaged as a landmark to attract the people of West Delhi.
This project has a unique aspect to it as the facade has been designed using aluminium composite panel cladding along with textured paint and stone cladding. The project, being a public space, called for materials that are easy to maintain and yet aesthetically appealing. Along with the glass facade in the front, there are recessed windows on all other sides for allowing the interior spaces to receive indirect natural light.
