PENINSULA LAND Limited and HB Design recently announced the launch of Peninsula Heights in Bengaluru. This project marks the entry of the Ashok Piramal Group in the city. With a concept integrating body, mind and soul, Peninsula Heights is expected to be the next ’it’ residential address. The project will be a gated haven of villa-sized residences and open spaces for a relaxed and secure living. “When designing the units, we wanted to be able to create spaces and experiences that would delight and amaze. Double-height terraces are a common feature to many units. These terraces are conceived of as extensions of the interior living spaces, taking advantage of the clement weather. The largest units have been designed as villas in the sky, with double-height living areas overlooked by a mezzanine,” said Hans Brouwer, founder of HB Design.
