Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers International announced the launch of a new online tool – Workplace Expert. Developed in response to changing work practices, the tool helps businesses take the first steps in shaping their future workplace strategy and creating an optimal work environment for their organisation and people.
Workplace Expert recommends different office environments and configurations based on responses to questions about business’ goals, working patterns and drivers behind brand and operating culture. The tool is fueled by extensive benchmarking data, insights from Colliers’ global surveys during COVID-19 and emerging market trends.
“The Workplace Expert online tool is a great way to approach workplace design which allows occupiers first to list their needs and then understand how the workplace can be designed to address those aspirations spatially using easy to understand metrics”, said Arnab Ghosh, National Director, Corporate Fitouts at Colliers International India.
Workplace Expert responds to inputs about organisational characteristics of each individual company, rather than recommending a solution based on a preference already indicated. As well as suggesting specific office environments, the tool recommends office sizing and the number of workstations and functional areas needed.
