- What was the brief from the client? And how did you achieve the same intertwining of your style?
The brief from the client was for a high-energy, modern-day office design encapsulating elements of the brand identity and communicating the same to visitors.

- What are the environment-friendly initiatives taken for this project?
The layout of the workspace was designed with an emphasis on the entry of daylight. The abundance of natural light reduces dependence on artificial lighting. Materials selection was also done with sustainability in mind. We also chose finishes to minimise Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) levels.

- Can you give us insights on the selection of furniture and finishes of the project?
The furniture was selected with the predominant idea of allowing for efficiency. Functional and efficient workstations are paired with ergonomic chairs for a work conducive environment.
While the colour palette of the workstations is kept muted, elegant tones and textures are introduced in the executive areas to enhance the sense of hospitality. The break-out zones on the other hand feature energetic pops of colour as visual relief from the monotones of the workstations.

- What were the difficulties, or first setbacks encountered?
A challenge we had to overcome through the design was accommodating the required number of people on each floor while maintaining clear movement paths and a structured hierarchy of spaces. This was achieved by strategic planning of each zone. Another aspect that we made a point of including was that of break-out or relaxation zones.

- If you had to name the design style used, what would it be?
In our work, we try not to conform to styles and trends. Having said that, the design can be described as functional and modern.
- What were the inspirations and key concepts for the development of the project?
The starting points for the design were derived from the brand itself. The intent of the space was to incorporate the work culture that the brand stood for, also introducing elements that reinforce the visual identity of the brand.

- What is your favourite element of design in the project?
We explore a variety of expressions in ceiling design throughout the project, and this is something we enjoyed designing.

- If you had to describe the project in 2-3 words what would it be?
Functional, modern and synergetic.

- Explain the use of colours and/or other details to add value to the design.
Keeping the functionality of the space paramount, the colour scheme is kept muted, and surface finishes are kept durable and easy to maintain. Detail is instead introduced in the lighting and ceiling installations. The reception area features translucent suspended elements, while the cafeteria features suspended metal meshes with creepers. The cabins and conference rooms also feature P.O.P. and stretch false fabric ceilings to accommodate suitable lighting.

- Had technology been incorporated in these workstations?
The design utilizes adjustable workstations for increased flexibility within the space.
