1. What is the inspiration behind your design firm’s name?
The name of our firm, ‘Workshop for Metropolitan Architecture’, reflects our vision for a collaborative workspace that inspires an engaging and interactive environment, working towards building modern minimalist spaces.
2. What is that one design book/movie you found inspiring?
We discern inspiration in any form and get inspired by any creative work.
3. In what ways does your personality reflect in your designs?
I believe that outlining simple solutions is often more complex than working on complex solutions. This belief also reflects in our designs which have a simple design language that unfolds complex layers and ideas.

4. What inspires you in your day-to-day architectural practice?
We find inspiration from our peers and contemporaries at national & international levels. Further, surrounding ourselves with fresh minds and talents will constantly drive us to go beyond our limits.
5. Who is your favourite architect?
Zaha Hadid
6. Do you have a signature style?
We always intend to create minimalistic modern luxury spaces that bring the essence of elegance and sophistication. Our designs aim to showcase seamless materiality, unraveling the warmth of every material in a space.

7. The one design philosophy you swear by?
Our design philosophy revolves around finding its relevance to the context and its users. Also, design should aim to address the issues prevailing in society, thus paving the way to build a better future.

9. A hobby that sets you apart?
I do not set out on something as my hobby every time and again. I always like doing things that make me happy.

10. A message to those few young practising Architects out there?
Young architects should have the hunger to excel, be sincere, and be ready to work hard until you succeed.

I take inspiration from anywhere and everywhere, absorbing quality design content from any recognized resource. I keep reading blogs and swiping Instagram pages every day.
