Empowering employees to make easy and informed choices from an app, be it a colleague locator or booking your seat, a meeting room, cab, or amenities, everything is possible from your handheld devices.
From a facility or infrastructure point of view, implemented sensors give a real-time output of the IAQ, lighting, and HVAC optimisation. The infrastructure deploys technology to its maximum potential to save energy and enhance user experience.
- What steps is the company taking toward a carbon-neutral future?
Sustainability is at the very core of our corporate ethos. All Citi offices are designed to the latest LEED guidelines and are certified LEED Gold to the bare minimum. In fact, Citi registered India’s first WELL-certified project in Pune.
There is also a push for ethical sourcing, thereby giving an impetus to local artisans and the cottage industry. Designing an energy-efficient HVAC system, providing solutions for waste segregation and water conservation, using LED fixtures with motion and day light sensors, using sustainable materials with higher recyclable content, and extensively using biophilia are all unsaid norms in all our office designs.
A major push towards green energy and using renewable energy for premises aid the goal of moving towards net-zero carbon in coming years.
