Mohan Exports acquires about 27,000 square bases of office space in Gurgaon

The firm has leased over 6,150 sq ft of usable office space in the tower for five years.

Mohan Exports, the parent company of Mohan Group, has acquired about 27,000 square bases of ultraexpensive office space at DLF Horizon Centre on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon for Rs80.66 crore from idol Cycles.

DLF, which is also a leading parcel- settlements company, had vended several office bottoms to prominent families and pots from 2014 to 2019, but desisted farther deals later. In 2021, DLF reacquired Hines’51.8 stake in one palace for Rs 780 crore. presently, DLF and its family members hold 60 of the entire Horizon Centre.

DLF has completed its first private trade sale, following its original trade of office space to notable individualities within the country and posterior decision to cease similar deals and concentrate on erecting a rental portfolio.

According to a dupe of the trade deed, Mohan Exports has paid Rs5.64 crore as stamp duty. The Mohan Group is engaged in transnational trade, structure and artificial systems, and Special Economic Zones.
