Arpan Developers is constructing commercial complex ‘Radhe Infinity’ at Kudasan in Gandhinagar district of Gujarat. The project will entail an investment of Rs 123 crore.
The project will spread over 3.47 acre of land, comprises two towers of three basement+G+13 floors with 642 commercial units (194 shops, 445 offices, two stores, one banquet) including various modern amenities.
In October 2019, Arpan Developers received environment clearance (EC) from the Gujarat State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA).
Excavation work on the project is in progress. The project is expected to be completed by December 2026.
