Vatika Group has leased about one lakh sq ft of office space to Dentsu Aegis Network. This standalone commercial building at sector 44, Gurugram in Haryana is expected to be ready by July 2020 and will cater to over 1,100 employees as well as support staff.
The project will be constructed on the ‘build to suit’ model with a total investment of Rs 65 crore. The rental for this G+six building is Rs 65 per sq ft.
Currently, Vatika Group has various commercial buildings spread across prime locations in Delhi NCR including MG Road, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road, NH-8 and Mathura Road.
The group has diversifies in the areas of residential, commercial, townships, hotels, education, business centers and facilities management.
