Step into a world of greenery and serenity with Nitin Kohli Home’s ‘Live by the Greens’ project

The USP of this particular office project was very much in its name “Live by the Greens” and that’s all the elements that the architect had as an inspiration board to design the office and the sample apartment’ interiors

The interior designed the sales and marketing office and a sample apartment for Eldeco’s residential project called ‘Live by the Greens. Located in Sector 150, Noida, this area is known for being the greenest sector in the city. The project’s name itself is inspired the designer’s choices for the office and sample apartment.

Earthy hues

To create a natural and earthy feel, Nitin Kohli Home’s focused on using a colour palette and elements that celebrated the beauty of nature. They also incorporated a lot of greens into the interiors, bringing a sense of freshness and tranquillity.

A green scene

One of the standout features was the use of green wallpaper that depicted a serene forest scene. Additionally, they incorporated green artwork throughout the space, adding a touch of artistry and connecting to the natural world.

The project also included a project gallery, showcasing Eldeco’s previous and ongoing projects. This gallery not only displayed their work but also inspire a sense of trust and brand identity.

Nature was truly a core part of this project. The architect created green ceilings and extensively used green walls to bring the outdoors inside. Furthermore, they enhanced the use of natural light, making the space bright and welcoming.

As part of this project, They also designed and furnished a sample show apartment. This allowed potential buyers to experience firsthand the harmonious blend of nature and design that Live by the Greens offers.

In summary, my collaboration with architect Kulmeet Shinghari led to the creation of a sales and marketing office and a sample apartment that embraced the green concept of the project.

Through the use of hardwood signage, greens in the interiors, green wallpaper, artworks, project galleries, green ceilings, and walls, as well as ample natural light, they sucessfully crafted spaces that celebrated nature and offered a unique living experience.
