Discover the perfect blend of work and relaxation at Pune’s co-working space designed by Concept Consilio

The objective was to conceive a workspace that is not just a conventional office, but rather a digitally connected and modern environment that can serve various functions beyond the traditional office requirements

At the very beginning of the project the pandemic emerged, as a result the project had to be carried out virtually.

This posed one of the most significant obstacles to the project’s execution, as it required the team of Concept Consillio to adapt to a new way of collaborating and communicating. Nonetheless, their team was able to overcome these challenges and deliver a successful outcome.

Beyond traditional workplaces

The objective was to conceive a workspace that is not just a conventional office, but rather a digitally connected and modern environment that can serve various functions beyond the traditional office requirements.

A supportive design

An interesting concept was implemented, where the office space was divided into neighbourhoods, providing equal access to all our team members. This approach ensured that anyone sitting behind the desk had access to all facilities, including the meeting rooms, collaborative space, and the work café. The design supports the needs of the modern workforce and incorporates smart building technology for an optimal entrance experience maintenance and transportation.

Creating comfort

Due to the impact of the pandemic, the team had to adjust their philosophy and reimagine the future workspace, with the key takeaway being the importance of creating a comforting environment. This required a striking balance between the cosiness of home and hospitality of a professional work space. So the architects regrouped to brainstorm and develop a new design strategy that could deliver this balance efficiently.

The team was highly motivated and determined to innovate. They aimed to create a sustainable ecosystem by developing a robust network infrastructure and customised collaborative spaces. They had prioritised a human centric design.

Key focus

A key focus of the design was to create a homely environment, achieved by incorporating over a thousand unique pieces of art throughout the space. No two spaces in the office look alike.

Local elements were seamlessly integrated, such as woven rugs, sarees from different regions of the country, authentic materials, real brick walls, filigree work and rugged carpets.Â
