Located in the luxury business district of UB city, this 8000 sq.ft office space for a US based company had a very direct brief – “An office that doesn’t feel like an office”.

Breathtaking views
With fantastic views of the Vidhan Soudha, hustling UB city mall and the green haven of Bangalore – Cubbon Park, the design mainly targeted to integrate these views with complementing, soothing and seamless interiors.
Calmer accents
Customised pastel pops of furniture, white coffered ceilings, seamless concrete flooring and beige brick walls create an authentic vibe that one cannot miss.
The highlight
Different kinds of seating within the same office layout, relaxed, casual, formal, etc not only breaks monotony in work but also in thoughts and mood. The designer’s favourite bold leather chairs definitely make a statement in the 8 seater conference. They teamed it up with a gorgeous black table and a sophisticated branch light from HATSU.
The group’s attempt was to explore materials and textures in a way we had never tried before like the seamless micro cement flooring, brick cladding on the walls, pastel fabrics, curved lounge seating, micro cement reception desk built in situ, in a manner that they feel effortlessly cohesive.
With very limited permissible working hours at this site, The design studio is proud about the fact that we could complete this project in mere 75 days with the help of an extremely talented and supportive team of contractors and consultants.
