Text description provided by the architects. Regency Anantam is a residential development located in Dombivali East. The project includes 2bhk and 1bhk apartments of a 23-storey building. The space will serve as the sales base for this 50,000 square foot residential development in Mumbai. The design of the sales office of the Regency Anantam residential project is based on the scale of the project. The sales office has a building area of about 20,000 square feet, with a grand reception area, sales cabins, conference room, MD cabin, and display apartments. Shades of gray marble floors, light and dark veneer, and rose gold metal form a theme throughout the office.

The entrance to the sales office is a 6m cantilevered canopy with a length of 70ft.
The entrance canopy, finished in ACP, is custom designed to accommodate 600 geometric triangular LEDs.

The entrance to the sales office is a 6m cantilevered canopy with a length of 70ft. The exterior and interior flow seamlessly and the separation is created only by a performance spider fitted glass. The entrance canopy, finished in ACP, is custom designed to accommodate 600 geometric triangular LEDs. Each of these lamps is individually crafted, and the process took around the same time as inside the sales office. When entering the sales office, you will be struck by the grandness of its height. The sales office is located behind the front desk.

A semi-transparent screen was created to add a visual interest in the space. The design follows the circulation, where customers, after arriving at the front desk, will naturally head to sales cabins, the scaled project model and the show flat. The project is designed with faceted as well as parametric forms, with the theme continuing in the sales office. The reception has a back wall finished in marble. The dead surface above the cabin is finished with a custom 3D surface.

The sales office is clad in marble, whose parametric design flows into the reception area.

The juxtaposition of the faceted surface, the screened walls of the cabins, and the massive faceted marble wall form the backdrop for the entire reception area. The backdrop and the reception space are held together and connected by a flowing ribbon that begins at the reception desk and flows down to the entrance of the show flat. The ceiling integrated with this form, along with a staggered arrangement of LED flashlights, leads the customer to the show flat area.

Conceptually, the entire design is non-static and denotes movement and direction, so the sales office is clad in marble, whose parametric design flows into the reception area. The design theme continues in the conference area, where geometric triangles cover from wall to ceiling. MD’s cabin also features a large, multi-faceted, framed ceiling from which light drops down at random levels. The project was completed in a short period of 6 months.
