The Senator Group, a British designer and manufacturer of furniture for commercial and public spaces, opened its first store in India in Bengaluru. At the launch event, it launched two of its premium brands, Senator and Allermuir, in the presence of Padma Shri CN Raghavendran. Robert Mustoe, group MD, The Senator Group, expressed, “The showroom promises to bring the brand to life and inspire and engage with each customer.” The group aims to generate US$ 1million in the first year and will focus on products made in India, for India, while also opening operations across Tier I and Tier II markets.
