After the successful launch of its Silk Route collection of wallpapers in collaboration with Asian Paints Nilaya, Good Earth has launched the Good Earth Nilaya Salon, a retail concept that will showcase exclusive creations and collaborations. Housed at the brand’s flagship store at Raghuvanshi Mills in Mumbai, the salon has been conceptualised as an evolving tableau of stylised rooms with quintessential Good Earth style while representing a creative manifestation of the wallpapers, serving as a permanent showcase of the Silk Route wallpaper collection.

Spread across 1,000sq-ft, each room has been designed by Pavitra Rajaram – head of Design & Visual Merchandising, Good Earth, who “wanted to break the myths surrounding the usage of wallpapers in India and create a space that was replete with ideas of using them creatively and in all their glory to enhance a space.”

As an extension, the Good Earth Salon will also serve as a hub for designers, interior stylists, architects and the extended interiors community to encourage exchange of ideas and engagements. It will be a buzzing experiential centre that engages Mumbai’s design, creative and culture circuit in the form of art exhibitions, pop-ups, styling consultations and storytelling sessions.

Speaking of the new launch Anita Lal, owner, Good Earth, said, “We would like to position the salon as one-of-a-kind offering for both Indian and international designers, and customers who always turn to us for new ideas and inspirations in home and design. It will be an evolutionary space and by next year its universe will extend to feature complete home solutions from Good Earth. It will also continue to be the space that will feature our newest collaborations in home décor and design.”
