ORIENT BELL Limited, as part of its CSR initiative, introduced Tiles that Educate to contribute towards the nationwide mission of enabling education and inclusive growth. Their first project under this initiative in Uttar Pradesh’s Til Begampur revamped a classroom with ed-ucative yet aesthetically pleasing digitally printed (patented) tiles with alphabets, numbers and maps. This aids children in learning and facilitating stronger recall value. The wash-rooms have been covered in patented germ-free tiles to promote hygiene and sanitation. Joint MD, Madhur Daga, stated, ”After the initiative, the school witnessed an increase in the presence of teachers with an enthusiasm to educate, and the attendance of the students also experienced a substantial rise.”
