He began the session with explaining “why do we need to come to office?” He stated that “Employees want to work in an environment,where they are being set up for success, where they are given the tools they need to do their job well and they are within a system that is supporting them.”
He then went on to talk about some of the problem employees face during a day at work and how choices can be simplified with the help of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Below are few of the other critical factors he elaborated on:
- How to promote autonomy in activity-based working
- Ways to encourage Encourage face-to-face interaction
- Providing sufficient workspace and real time insight about workplace performance
- The right technology required for building.
