IWG has secured new franchise partners in Rajasthan and Punjab based out of Jaipur and Mohali, to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces in Tier 2 cities. New workspaces to offer more than 150 seats per centre of an approximate area of 10000 sq. ft.

The locations opened are typically no smaller than 10,000 square feet either in stand-alone or multi-let buildings with over 130 workstations.
