Spaze leased out large office space to hospitality chain OYO in its commercial establishment, Spaze Palazo, located in Sector 69, Gurugram. OYO will not just establish its corporate office in Spaze Palazo but will also look to expand in the same building.
Spaze Palazo is a well-integrated combination of business and retail and a centre of business and recreation activities. It has multi-cuisine restaurants, corporate house offices and other outlets of various brands. Other features include a self-integrated commercial park, multi-level basement parking, landscaping, and built-in compliance with Zone-V seismic considerations.
The Spaze Group is offering retail spaces of approx. 55,000 sq ft and 65,000 sq ft super area on the ground and first floors. While second to twelfth floors in Spaze Palazo is dedicated to office spaces of approx. 18,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft super area each.
