Sterlite Technologies, a fibre and network solutions company has relocated its office in Mumbai to a smaller premise vacating a plush Mumbai commercial property to save operational cost amid the Covid-19 outbreak.
The company (STL) has decided not to renew the 30,000 square feet office lease in Godrej One, Vikhroli, and is shifting its corporate office to a another location to effectively save operational cost.
In 2016, the Pune-headquartered company had moved to the more contemporary office in Mumbai having spacious workfloor accompanied with amphitheatre for social interactions for employees, a gaming area with pool tables and break-out zones. By quitting office, the company would save close to Rs 15 crore per annum.
